5) Clarify Case # 1979345 Word completion on WM6.1 is now suggesting numbers, WM5 does not. For example, if they enter a number such a 97, the OS will suggest some number that may have been entered in past (such as 9782546). They are looking to disable this feature. They are using their own custom application, not Word or IE.

To me it looks MS is not distinguising between Word or Numeric Suggestions in the WM 6.1 releases, so it is only able to turn on/off Word Suggestions , you cannot limit this functionality to only suggest Words.
Under Start / Settings / Input / Word Completion tab this can be turned off in the GUI. following regkey change is turning whole functionality off if you dont want to use GUI
;WM6 Word suggestion off
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip]"SuggAutoCorr"=dword:00000000"SuggSpace"=dword:00000000"SuggWords"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\IME\CompIME]"SuggWords"=dword:00000000"SuggWordsEnable"=dword:00000000
Which key will disable numeric word suggestions but will still suggest words?
