Derry, The RFS7000 is FIPS 140-2 Level2 Certified, Certificate #1089 this certification includes Algorithmic certification for 3DES, AES etc. by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) The RFS7000 is the only wireless switch/controller with Common Certificate (CC) EAL4 certification and has undergone the most stringent penetration testing of any wireless switch/controller The FIPS version of RFS7000 is based on the WiNG software and was developed for the Federal and govt. markets worldwide. The same WiNG software runs on RFS7000 and RFS6000 and provides the highest level of security -Sameer
