Just wondering: what type of audience this support.symbol.com knowledgebase article is targeted to: http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&ex… as a workaround to the problem it suggests to install something from the SPR 17586 database - which is not public as far as I know At the same time there is a product fix download as well https://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&e… The all above is just to ask somebody looking after this stuff to make the knowledgebase article point to the mentioned patch instead of SPR database.
