Hi, I got a question on msp and remote control over activesync. The setup is that a large retailer has their terminal connected to a pc in the different stores and use something like my mobiler over remote desktop to remote the terminal, and they are now looking into msp and soti. When the terminal is connected over active sync it gets an ip in a different subnet, so the question is if the remote control will work when trying to contact this non routeble address? Or does the msp agent report the nat address from it's host so that activesync can forward the traffic to the terminal? We are competing against Sotio for 1500 terminals so far, and soti is able to remote via activesync I've been told. edward
