Clarify 2037824  Date 30-12-2009 15:00 pm  MC7596 OEM 35 config 042809 RIL 1.1.5.9  response 3 days. Device is not connecting to 3G  HSDPA network,   Phone Icon displayed on top of OS bar is Greyouted H icon, normally on another unit this will show White H icon indicating GPRS is attached. This specific device will sometimes briefly a White H icon but will fall back to Greyed Out Icon. Signal strength is full bars all the time When a GPRS connection is attempted it will try to establish a HSPDA connection but an error will occur: " Cannot Connect  Dialed Internet then answering modem has disconnected " if the device is limited to 2G only either by using Band settings and selecting 900/1800 band  or by using 2G3G regkey the device will connect to 2G and GPRS connection is working OK there is then White G icon indicating GPRS attached all the time. this was reproduced in Spain with Movistar and in Czech with 02 Telefonica networks. also at the same sites other MC75 are connecting ok to 3G we need to get a analysis of this kind of failure as it is very hard to find in Repair depot as they normally not check on live 3G network. can the attached rillogs be analysed by Cinterion ? RilDrv_CZ_O2_Auto_2G.log  contains comments inside what was tested: - first test autosetting  no HSDPA possible ,     H Icon greyed out and changing briefly to White - second warmbooted no HSDPA - changed to 2G and GPRS connected OK RilDrv_Movistar_CZ_BandsettingsAuto.log first tests were done in Spain with Movistar SIM - not connecting to HSDPA later in the log test were done in CZ on 02 3G network never connecting to HSDPA changing band settings to 800-1900 mhz and to 2100 didn't help
