One of our customer MC9094 works fine with old SIM card. But when they replace old SIM card with new one they are not able to browse. Following is firmware detail. OS : 5.1.478 Build : 15706.3.5.2 OEM : 1.43 Does anyone have face same problem or have fix ? Abdul Hamid

I had faced this sometime back & later I found that the new SIM card did not have the necessary features enabled by the service provider making it unfit to browse (By Browse I presume surfing Internet).

Dear Mahesh, Thanks, The serices is already enabled. I can browse using same SIM on my Moto Q. Abdul Hamid
