Thomas, Attached is a spreadsheet I use which is a little out of date but gives you a pretty good idea what ECCN numbers you need for various products. As a general rule of thumb; a. If product has wireless encryption capabilities (e.g. all MCs, all EWLAN etc.) then use - 5A002A.1 b. If a product is an accessory or does not have wireless encryption (e.g. batteries, chargers, scanners etc.) then use - EAR99
