I need help with a partner that has a customer using MSP 3.3 with MC50's. They upgraded the MC50's to WM5 and now MSP isn't working. ABup30 and enable30 seem to lock the unit and it needs to be re-imaged. I was told that WM5 on the MC50 isn't supported for MSP. Any ideas on how to make it work and let the partner support it? This is only for a small number of units.

This is only for 20 units. I don't think we will do a business case for this. I was hoping for some info on somehow making it work and letting the partner support.
Nick Z, In order for Motorola to support any questions that may arise regarding MSP support of the WM5 variant of the MC50, either MCD or the BU will need to run compliance testing. To the TA community: I can be contacted directly to discuss the business case for testing any MCD device configuration not currently supported by the latest release of MSP. Daphanie Wallace
