Hi MT team, A customer opened a support case with me yesterday and said that he has three STB2078 cradles that he is pairing his MT2070 to that will not communicate to the host. He sent me the three cradles and I am seeing the same behavior. I have tested in scan item with both the USB and serial cables and it will not trasmit the data. Can someone please look at these cradles to determine the cause? The customer is trying to setup for a demo he has next week and would like to display his application on the MT and this is holding it up. Thank you, Amy Pennica

All, when Lee looked at the cradles only one was failing, the other three were then working. Lee flashed the cradle with the firmware and it began working. He is going to flash the other three cradles to be on the safe side and then I will send them back to the customer.
