Hello, Recently we have been seeing devices that report into MSP with *IllegalChar*, and a different UUID which causes duplicate devices to report.  The MC75 will be reporting just fine for months then the ESN goes whacky and the UUID changes by one character.  The suggestion from support was to reflash the unit, but that doesn't float well with me.  What caused it to go whacky in the first place? Before we would see *IllegalChar* in MSP, but after running the ABUP30(ddd_7.02.79) package, MSP would display the actual trashed serial number.  ABUP30(ddd_7.02.79), was a suggestion from support.
