Hi All, I have a customer who would like to disable the BT radio completely on the MT2070. Their customer, for security reasons, is requiring them to turn off the BT radio. Is this possible and how would I do it? Thank you, Amy

Amy, If I understand correctly, BT disabled completely means it's like no BT on this device at all. If that's the case, we can reconfig the config block (one of the binary images flashed into the device) to set the BT as "None". I have not tried it yet, but we can try it to see if that's what they really want. -Lee
Hi Lee, I recommended to the customer that they use the cable only barcode and remove the references to file explorer and BTexplorer in navigator.xml. I am waiting for the customer to tell me if that is sufficient. I will reach out to you if they need a more permanent (turn the radio off) solution. Thank you, Amy
