11:01 AM 4/16/2010 MC7094 WM 5.0 BSP 43 2108518 I have a set of attached EMScript logs from Nike. At 3/25/2010 at 10:51 their device locked up and had to be warm booted. Looking at the VMemMap1-0026.xml Device.exe is clearly in dll crunch. Going back to VMemMap1-0084.xml, 3 days ago the device.exe was in dll crunch. Question: Can anyone determine from the proclist1-0026.txt what is causing device.exe to grow so large?

Hi Ken, Its not just the Device.exe memory... its the number of DLLs. Notice the DLL load line is shifted way to the left of where it typically is. You may want to look through the process logs to see what DLLs are loaded, etc, but generally this customer is just loading too much. -Dave
