hi team, My customer RFMS 3.3 was hanged on "process:NmsAuthenticationManager", we can't start it or stop it successfully. Do anybody have some ideas to me? Thanks!! Zhiguo

Hi Zhiguo, Go to Task Manager and then stop the following process, 1)RMI registry 2)Apache server 3)Java Process 4)My Sql DB Then you try to stop the server. If this does not work then go to /motorola/rfms/bin/ and click shutdown.bat file. It would prompt you the password. password is public. Hope this helps Regards Sridhar
Zhiguo, Please open a ticket with support. As the process is hung they will need to work with you to identify the cause of the hang and help you resolve the issue. Regards, Kevin
