All, I've got an issue trying to set up a VC5090 with a customer's build and MSP (2.9) support. I have all of the packages set up and the RD profile built and all seems to download and install fine, however, when the terminal completes its final reboot the MSP Agent loads and appears to initialise and take control of the scanner. I then can't get the scanner to work in any other program, SerialWedge has an exclamation mark (!) on it if I start it, and Rapid Deployment reports a "Scanner Error [-1]". Does anyone have any idea how to stop the MSP agent taking control of the scanner as otherwise the terminal is unusable. Thanks IJ
