Team, FYI....I just noticed that MT2070 with STB2000 cradle under Windows 7 can not establish a connection via Windows Mobile Device Center. In the WMDC it appeared to be connected for a sec. and then shows disconnect status. However with XP it works fine!

I have not tested MT with WMDC on Win 7. A couple of questions: - You have run WMDC OK on Win XT? - Have you tested any other WinCE 5 devices on WMDC on Win 7?
I just tested on a Windows 7 32-bit machine running windows mobile center v6.1 and it connected and stayed connected fine. I moved around some files from the device to the PC.
