Has anyone had issues with the max BT headset volume on the ES400? Is their a reg key or something to make it louder?

A customer said to me if they increase the Media Player volume to max (default 80%) the bluetooth headset also increased in volume.... Not seen this myself but can be useful for investigation... Note: not sure on which device this was seen on as the customer have but I believe it was either ES400 or MC65.
