5) Clarify Case # 2336542 6) Customer Unisys On multiple devices, customer is having issue of Application folder not resetting with clean and blank or reflash. In release notes I see this is a known issue for bsp 2.37 when device is is downgraded from 2.37 to 1.23 ... the release notes for 1.23.20 does not have any known issues posted). I verified if customer has loaded bsp 1.23.20 over the top of 2.37. customer stated this was duplicated on 1.23.20 before the device was upgraded. In release release notes it stated to include 75A0w65HenCA000001.bin in the PKG.LST but I do not see this file; agile displays 75A0w65HenCA000001.hex. where can i get this file?

added 75A0w65HenCA000001.bin to my clean and blank package as stated in the readme notes for bsp 2.37 "After Standard Update Procedure to BSP37, Application folder contents are not clearing for MC75Ax devices,this happens while upgrading to BSP37 or later and downgrading to BSP27. If Application partition needs to be cleaned, modify the pkgs.lst to include this entry 75A0w65HenCA000001.bin" when completed, the application folder still did not have airbeam or msp folder.... any suggestions?
Figuring the device was not properly downgraded from BSP 2.37 to BSP 1.23.20, preformed proper downgrade from posted package. When completed, the application folder did not contain the airbeam or msp folder. executed a clean and blank on the customer's device and still the application folder is not reset. this is a time sensitive issue for the customer. customer is running airbeam / msp packages but they fail if the default folders are not present. please advise.
