MC9598 BSP19 Wm6.1 eMscript installed Customer is reporting that the device will just freeze or lockup intermittently.  Attached is the eMscript log file that captured the failure on lines 20-21 (resource.csv).  Looking at the rtlog.bak.txt the only thing I noticed was this Data Abort: Thread=86491400 Proc=8076d950 'Dw.exe'  Can anybody explain why the device suspended for no reason and if I need additional tools to triage this?  thanks.

The eMscript log came from my customer.  I asked him to install this hotfix Device stuck on Splash Screen - SPR 18183, 19034, 19126 and awaiting feedback.

Anybody had a chance to look at the logs?

Forgot to add the response time and customer info CASE#2371349 - Customer STATE OF MAIN DRILLING & BLASTING 4HR response. I have about 2 different customers (total 3) that are reporting a similar (almost)  issue on the MC95 and this is the only 1 that I was able to capture eMscript logs because of the intermittent nature of the problem. Need ECRT guidance on the next steps #2 CASE, 2370767 - MC9598 Touch screen stops responding to taps. Cold boot or re-flash does not solve the issue, devices have to be sent in for service. Customer American Airlines. Number of devices affected 80 out of 179. Customer stated they have seen a significant rate failure increase. Partner requested for a case to be opened and escalated for engineering investigation. #3 CASE 2358460 - MC9590 - SnapOnTools Device Suspends on its own and pressing the Pwr btn wont bering it back up.
