Customer having issues with App on WM 6.5.3

Customer having issues with App on WM 6.5.3 // Expert user has replied. B Brian Safran 3 years 5 months ago 1 1 0 I have a customer that has been running app on MC75A BSP 23 (WM 6.5.2) with no issues. THey have having issues with MC75 BSP38 and ES400 BSP 19 (Both are WM 6.5.3). The application locks in one particular function on 6.5.3. They are installing the files below on both WM versions: SQL Server Compact 3.5 Core (sqlce.pcc.wce5.armv4i.cab) SQL Server Compact 3.5 Tools EN (sqlce.dev.enu.pcc.wce5.armv4i.cab) SQL Server Compact 3.5 Repl (sqlce.repl.pcc.wce5.armv4i.cab) Symbol Managed Class Libraries (2.3) (symbol.all.arm.cab) - Also tried 2.4 and had same issue. Any Ideas?

Brian, You did not mention what function in the customer app is causing it to hang.  I also did not understand the connection between SQL files, Symbol Managed Class library and the customer application. Prashanth
