Customer works fine on their lan network. When they attempt to use Mifi they time out trying to connect the 3190 to the mifi device. Fusion times out, anyone see this? I got them to set a channel instead of leaving it auto select but not sure what else to check. They are doing WPA2 with TKIP and PSK. Should work right?

Hi Kenneth, If the timeout issue happens during a cold boot, then there is already an SPR 20440 opened for the timeout issue with WPA/WPA2 in MC3190. Please refer to the SPR 20440 for more details.
Can you post a wireless log from the Fusion Wireless Status application? That would help identify what timeout you are seeing.
Obvious question, but then again it must be asked... Does this also happen with another terminal, i.e, MC75, MC65...
