A Large retail customer asking what is available to utilize the DS6707 DC scanner and be able to streamline retail returns process. Requirement is to take an RMA and be able to pick out the RMA number from a form (OCR) and then take multiple scan images of supporting documents (multiple sizes) i.e.: purchase receipt, notes on what the reason for return is etc.  and blend them into one document file named with RMA number for email to central repository for processing is the thought so far. So the question I have is are there any existing customers doing this and how? SNAPI? Twaining? Off the shelf application?

Customers goal is find a solution with out having to do coding on their own. Summary they need a solution to improve returns process. Is anyone else doing something similar?
