clarify 2368586     MC7596-PYCSUQWA9WR   shipped with WM 6.5  MFD 2011 customer needs to downgrade the units to WM 6,1 OEM 35 on 10% of the units it is failing with DwnldApp Error Error during update:image file:75X6w61HenCP0311XX.sig then the unit is running a mix of original WM 6.5 and WM 6.1 OS. i have narrowed it down that especially the CPLD update is causing this. 6.1 and 6.5 images  have the CPLD 3.11 in the packages. by leaving this file out of the pkg.lst all goes well on the units which we recieved here. do we have a explanation why this is happening ? and more important think is can we advice to leave the CPLD out of the packages ? complicating factor is that the 6,5 upgrade package is a failing in the second stage and changing pkg.lst there is much more difficult to resolve this. or should this be a SPR for getting the rootcause for a possible locked CPLD for reflashing ?
