Can someone take a look at the attached logs/snapshots? Teresa Robin's customer "The Fresh Market" is experiencing an error within services.exe.

What was the error seen?  Can they get a screen shot of that? Thanks, Dave

Do you mean that there was a crash?  If that is the case, the dump files would be much more useful.

Thanks David, upon closer inspection, this is a WinCE5 MC3090, which I don't think contains the dr watson component. Are there any other alternatives? Or can we ask them to load a tool to capture a dump file?
