As you or your customers play with Windows 7, you will find that TCM and other USB tools will not work. With help from Glenn S. in Support, I have been able to make USB Hex Downloader work with Windows 7, and Glenn got it working with both TCM and USB Hex Downloader. First, install any of the DCP’s. Then the trick is to get a device into the USD download “Waiting” stage on the device, and then go into the device manger on the Win7 PC.  There will be an unknown device show up.  Click that unknown device and manfully install the USB driver from the TCM\USB directory.
