HELLO I HAVE ONE CASE WITH 2 OF 5 MK590 SHOWING A FAILURE THAT MAKES THE LASER BEAM FROM THE READER STARTS TO LOWER THE INTESITY OF THE BEAM UNTIL IS FULLY OFF. AT THE START I TOUGHT ABOUT ONE RMA, BUT 2 OF 5 UNITS IS PRETTY SUSPECT. THANK YOU

Are these 1D or 2D devices? For 2D I'm referring to the laser aiming pattern. Tom
Does the scanner come back on when a barcode is placed under the scanner? Some scanners can be configured to automatically go into low power mode. This is most likely what is happening.
