One and user is looking for a way to use the RFS6k as a router. Customer is using their own IP network (192.168.x.x.) and wishes to use the wireless network (RFS with attached 650 and adaptive 5131s on 4.3 code) on another subnet (10.0.x.x) in order to save IP addresses. What is the best way to do it? Thanks in advance.

Hi Nikos, Yes you can. You must specify a new Virtual Interface for this network, i.e VLAN 10 with IP# 10.10.10.1. You create your SSID mapped on this VLAN. You create a DHCP server policy as well. You create a static route on the RFS and on the local router so that wireless and wired devices can talk together. If you have 2 RFS, you must create a Virtual IP. Take care. Feel free to ping me. Matt
