thanks for the help, but it seems that the HC700 need special drivers or any special install because i can't sync to Windows-7 (in Windows XP it works excellent)
Did you open this topic in the Mobility Software Platform (MSP) forum for a reason? Are you tryig to use MSP to manage the HC700? MSP does support the HC700, but the MSP forum is not generally the right place to ask general HC700 questions since it would not be monitored by anyone with HC700-specific expertise. You may want to try posting this question in a forum that is related to Mobile Computers. Then someone with the right knowledge may answer.
