We have one customer with MC55 Windows 6.1 OS. The siebel Client is working fine on MC55. They are looking to buy new MC65. The Siebel client does not display option on last line on MC65. Any idea why the menus are displayed on MC55 and not on MC65. I have attached the screenshot of siebel both MC55 and MC65. Thanks & Regards Abdul Hamid

Its siebel issue. Siebel Handheld client support WM 6.5.1 or WM 6.1. The support for WM 6.5.3 is not yet release. No idea when it will be release. Abdul Hamid
There are 3 possibilities I can think of: a) Check the version of the OS on MC55; is MC55 running WM 6.5.2 (MC65 is WM 6.5.3)? b) There is a regkey that affects the operation of the browser. c) The IE settings between MC55 and MC65; dump and compare the registries.
Update your MC55 to BSP38, WM6.5.3. You will likely see the same effect. Microsoft changed the GUI style between WM6.1 and WM6.5.3. Siebel likely needs to update their application for better WM6.5.3 compatibility.
