Hi All, When I installed 123scan2 in my XP, it has an error info when I open it. "The scanner drivers are not launched properly. Please re-launch 123scan2 to fix the program" However, error still exist when I relaunch the progam and even I uninstall and reinstall it. See attached error picture. Any suggestions? This came from an ADC colleague:
123scan2 contains new driver. It can cause installation problems when other Motorola drivers of the same type are installed. I would advise uninstall 123scan2, uninstall OPOS, JPOS, SNAPI and try to install123scan2 again.
Motorola is about to release a new version of Scanner SDK with same drive type as 123scan2. The new SDK contains all other ADC drivers (OPOS, JPOS, SNAPI). Release date is not known yet.
