The application is a C# application and has proved to be extremely useful when attempting to debug your applications.  It allows you to view the Neon logs real time from your PC. Please feel free to make use of this application and modify it and make enhancements.  If you feel that your changes might benefit the rest of the beta community, please be kind enough to share your good work :) I should point out, that we offer this code unsupported.
