After installing the latest drop it is no longer prompts for a license code, However it is no longer runs the default neon browser application. It simply goes to a screen with the text "Welcome to Neon". To start Neon with your own application modify the file "\Programs Files\Neon\Config\Config.xml" Isn't the Neon icon on the start menu supposed to launch the Neon web browser?

The Neon icon on the start menu will just launch the runtime, when the runtime starts it will look in your config file to see which start page it should navigate to. When you re-installed Neon you would have overwritten your Config.xml with the default config.xml, which points to the 'Welcome to Neon' screen, if you revert back to your old Config.xml everything should work well again.

Don't forget the config file is in /program files/neon/..... not /application/neon
