Yes, attached is version 1.4 (Feb 2011)
I'll try to get the "generic" spreadsheet up that I'm converting from Harris as well ... it will provide some more detail to save rework (such as fxing the router address and default gw for vrrp networks, specific IP addressesfor time servers, etc). It's all based on what is in that guide ...
