Customer has deployed MC75A8's. After about 1 month, their applications stop working (Press Icon and nothing happens). Exit out to Windows, and try to run cgautil.exe.  Still nothing happens (No message window or error). They perform a clean boot and blank and still cgautil will not run. Only way to get it working is the reflash the unit with BSP 23. This is happening on a number of their handhelds. Any ideas?
