Hello, When using Motorola Remote Control on MSP Device Status page I got the following error message : "An error has occurred An error occurred while processing your request, please try again. Exit" Have you ever seen that and what should I do? I tried with several different Web Browser, unabled firewall but no success. Thanks, Arnaud

Arnaud, It looks like you have not imported the Motorols Remote Control Add on Kit using MSP Admin console. You would have extracted the Add on kit and imported the device side package alone in MSP. Importing the Add on Kit using MSP Admin console will import both the device side packages and the server side jar files Thanks Krishna
