Following Reg setting will casue the SIP to not pop-up automatically when clicking on Text input fields. Use at your own risk.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip TurnOffAutoDeploy: 1

Attached CAB (thanks Hiro for building it) will add the key, merge it, and copy it to Application folder for persistence and then reboot your unit automatically.
