5) Clarify Case # 2440024 customer states "customer was referred to Motorola by Microsoft for this issue. Customer states he is having an issue with Terminal Services Licensing on their VC5090. The customer purchases sereral Terminal Server licenses  but the VC5090 is taking up up to 4 licenses for just one device.. ..instead of taking up just one . " I know the VC5090 uses RDP (Remote Desktop). I know licenes usually resides on the server side.. I don't know what to ask or how to proceed to assist this customer .. I am assuming the licenses on the VC side is controlled by the OS.. Any assistance to help me help the customer is greatly appreciated.
