The customer has the following:

DS6707

SNAPI SDK v3.00.06

Client PC running Window 7 (32 bit) / Windows XP

Citrix Server running Windows 2008 Server R2 (64 bit)

The .NET application that was written is based on the sample .NET application provided with the SDK. They use this application to handle events coming from the DLL and write the events to a file so that they can be consumed by their Java application. They are not seeing any events logged of a scanner being attached or any decode events. From what they can tell, the device is not being recognized by the application running on the Citrix server.

They also deployed the test application provided from Motorola in SDK v3.00.06  to the Citrix server. Even this application does not seem to recognize the DS6707 is attached. The scanner selection drop down box is empty.

Both applications work fine if run directly on the PC.
