I have a customer that was TCM(Terminal Configuration Manager) to assist in adding images to the WT4090 terminals at a very low level an to install images onto a WT4090 through the “Initial Program Loader” connected through ActiveSync (v4.5). Is there a newer version of TCM that can connect through Windows Mobile Device Center? THer are using  USB drivers  on WIN7 so the device is not seen as a Smart Phone when connected through a Developer’s cradle?
