The barcode scanner meta tags worked fine in neon 1.0.0.3. In Rhoelements 1.0.0.10 the scanner sometimes remains disabled on the first page loaded. I tried moving the scanner tags to the top of the page, before all other tags, but that seemed to make the problem worse.

Hi, We currently have an issue which sounds very similar, whereby the license screen will interfere with the scanner if it is enabled on the first page. This issue is currently being resolved but licensing your device should also resolve the issue.
Removing the Signal indicator resolves this problem.
