Both 3 and 2 tap are fine with voice directed picking (VDP) by Vocollect, the keybaord version is not the issue. But you MUST use the 128/128 config of the WT4090 and I would recommend the 2x battery also.

Sorry. Forgot to mention. Last time I heard, we sell about 95% of 4090s in the 2 tap configuration. If they have any alpha characters to enter they should carefully think 2 vs 3 tap.....3 tap may seem quicker to enter whole words at first glance as it looks like a phone keypad, but are they typing words or just 2-3 alpha characters, suggest they look at a sample of the alpha they will be entering and actually count the number of key presses required.....3 tap can be more keys to press and therefore slower overall.
