All, I seem to be going around in circles trying to get an RS507 to connect to an MC9500. I have upgraded the MC95 to BSP37, I've upgraded the RS507 to the latest available firmware on Support Central and yet still no joy. I scan the BT barcode on the MC95, the scanner chirps, I enter the passcode and all seems to connect but I can't actually get it to scan anything (I get green LEDs and then 4 beeps). In the Bluetooth connections window the RS507 seems to always show up as Disconnected, even though it has said it has connected successfully, and when I try to force it to connect it says the passcode is wrong. Nothing I try seems to work, and the manual is next to useless, any ideas? IJ

The Bluetooth pairing operation is only a one part of what you need to do in order to use RS507. You still need an application that enables and reads the scanner. You can use DataWedge for this purpose or you can write your own application.
