I have 2 MC95s that are stuck on the white MC9500 splash screen.... Has anyone encountered this before or know how to correct this??? The units were in service with a customer of mine and operating fine for months..... Thanks, Efrem Robinson

Efrem, I have seen this before. To resolve the immediate issue of being stuck on the splash screen will require you to put clean boot files on a micro SD card in the device. Cold boot then immediately hold down the left scan button while you place the device in a powered cradle. This should cause a clean boot and get the device working again. There is a hotfix on Support Central for SPR18183 that is supposed to prevent this from happening. Clayton
