FX9500 Reset to factory defaults

Hi all, Does anyone know how to revert the FX9500 to factory defaults?. I've been pressing the reset button but nothing happens. Also, there is nothing about this in the documentation. Thank you Ignacio

Thank you. Finally, I've discovered that you have to press the reset button before to plug the power and then wait for several seconds.

8 seconds push and the unit will perform factory reset.  All embedded applications will stop, the serial port settings and DHCP will be set to factory default.
