We're working with an Airline who has various Motorola model devices (MC55, MC65, MC75 & MC95). The issue is that reliable wireless connectivity and communications with these devices vary from one airport to another. We understand airports have different equipment and from different vendors which are also configured differently. Although our customer doesn't have access to see the configuration, they could make suggestions for improvements. So I was wondering if we had a best practice document we can share with them that describe settings and values to improve reliability of service.
