Hi does anybody have customers that have upgraded there MSP system recently? I would like to hear how it went , good or bad. Any unforeseen issues or gotchas. My customer wants some assurance that the upgrade is really as simple as it sounds and that the risk to data loss and that disruption is minimal. I know the risks are small but the customer has requested this so if you could post details, customer name, type and size of mobile estate, etc that would be much appreciated.
