Hi What is the maximum physical memory that WM6.5.3 can handle? I thought that it was 256MB but now we have released the MC65 with 512MB of RAM. I just got this number from the maximum size for the RAM file system that is 256 MB (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa450572.aspx). Regards Pietro

@ William If you are talking about flash, both the MC9190 and the MC95xx are available with 1GB of flash memory. If you are talking about RAM, you are right. But I doubt that this mush RAM solves the main memory problems we have with WM6.5.3 linked to the 32MB limit per process and the dll crunch problem. Regards Pietro

Agreed. We also need "N" Radios in this product set.

512 is the max amount of physical ram.  It has been this way going back to WM5.0.  The 256 number you mentioned is for CE and is not necessarily the amount of physical ram but the maximum size of the ram backed file system.

Intermec CK71 has 512M RAM 1G Flash. Losing deals since we do not have that much flash in our devices in that class. FYI
