Hi Team, Has anyone experienced MC9190 Lorax scan issue with Wavelink where it works for a day or so than stops scanning ... will not even emit laser. It will start working after cold boot and than stop again. If you have, do you have a fix or recommendations for fix? We tried latest Wavelink TE and did not help any. Thanks. Paul Bodjanac.

Paul, We saw a similar issue recently with a customer and had them test the units with the following scanner fix; LoraxCEFix_SPR20792 from August http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=k… 0 253052817 So far we have not heard of the issue arising again however I am curious to know whether you have aleady implimented this fix and are still seeing the issue or not. regards, Daniel
Paul, We have SPR21239 for Lorax problem's. Seems not connected to Wavelink at all, but in any case...There are attached debug drivers also.
