We have a customer complaining that their new MC9190s WM6.5, TelnetCE client version: 7.0.109 and Fusion Version: 3.00.0.0.016R is running a lot slower in response times when using the emulation versus their MC9090s. Has anyone seen this issue?

Do we have this documented somewhere? Manual? Knowledge Base on support site? I had a couple of complains from the customers on the slow wireless performance on our Jedi-based MCs but did not pay too much attention as in the most cases these were wlan config issues. Looks like not always...
The WMM quality of service default configuration is applied to our Jedi WLAN radio. So if your not running voice there will be a mismatch and you will exsperience derogated WLAN performance. You need to set WMM QoS setting back to the standard "best effort" This can only be done via reg file. TimO
