Does anyone know which key is assigned for "PTT" while TEAM Express is invoked? I am using MC3190 (WM 6.5, 28 key) to demonstrate the functionality of TEAM Express. I can receive a PTT call, but there is no way for me to answer the call. - Wallace

The hardware keys that TEAM Express will respond to can be configured through the registry in the MC device; the key is defined by it's hex code. The hex code for that key can be obtained by running the KeyCheck sample program that can be obtained from the EMDK (support.symbol.com). Registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Motorola\VC\Key\ Further information can be found in the TEAM Express Solution Installation and Configuration Guide; search on support.symbol.com. To answer your question though, the default keys configured for TEAM Express will NOT work on the MC3190. The key settings need to be reconfigured.
