A customer of mine is experiencing audio issues on MC75 (audio is lost). They use a third-party (Brodit) powered RAM mount. I know that such this problem was actually reported some time ago and fixed both adding a resistor on MC75 and changing the charging cable 25-70979-02R. There was an SPR about. I suspect very much on this Brodit charger. My (and my customer's) concern is if warranty can be voided if using this 3rd party device. Can someone tell me if Brodit is somewhat "homologated" by us?
